Grocery shopping
Planning and Preparation of all meals
Food packaging and labeling

How your service works:
We have a phone interview to discuss likes/dislikes etc...
I send an email with possible menu options
We schedule a cooking day
I show up with the groceries needed to prepare your meals
I also bring my own cooking equipment/spices etc...
Once my work is complete,
I leave the meals in the fridge/freezer,
with heating instructions and clean up.
Your house is filled with delicious aromas and a stocked freezer!
